Charles is MD and Founder of Allied Peak, a consultancy operating at the exciting nexus of Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Carbon Markets, AgTech, and Natural Resources. His current time is focused on modernising China's beef genetics and supply chain, as well as developing carbon and biodiversity markets with the Chinese government. With 25+ years of experience, he has invested across 14 countries in Asia Pacific. He began his career as an equity analyst and developed knowledge in capital structuring. As MD at BTIG for 11 years, he helped drive the firm's dominance. Earlier roles at HSBC and CSFB (Asia's #1 equity franchise) involved him in some of the world's largest IPOs. Recognising the importance of natural capital economics early, he earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Natural Resources from Newcastle University.
