Founded by Professors Sophien Kamoun, Tolga Bozkurt, and CEO Dr. Cian Duggan, the company recently raised $8.1 million in Series A funding to scale its discovery engine and accelerate commercial licensing of traits across major crops like soybean, corn, and wheat. By focusing on plant-specific AI and in-planta testing, Resurrect Bio aims to develop traits that offer durable resistance to pathogens, positioning itself as a leader in sustainable agriculture.
